Celebrity Fitness as the fastest developed fitness company in South East Asia with more than 130.000 members and 40 clubs surely became the most trusted place to exercise. They held this gathering to give motivation on how to get the best result by setting the right exercise action. The attention-grabber here is the chair. Instead of using conventional chair they use exercise balls. This was a brilliant concept considering they are indeed a fitness company. The event went well, the attendees’ seemed excited and they got some new knowledge about exercise.
