Once upon a time, a hall at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place had been transformed into a magical world resemble to those on screen. Lotus Design had the venue filled with plants and other nature-relate ornaments. Green is the color that represents growth, renewal and abundance. Lightworks Jakarta used this color the most at Darlin’s Sweet Seventeen Party to celebrate the new stage of a little girl life where she would grow constantly into a full grown woman.

Just like the enchanted forest in “Alice in a Wonderland”, the stage was decorated in that state. A huge door with Darlin’s name attached to it made the centerpiece of the venue. Giant mushrooms, massive flowers, and others green plants were on the stage with the support from the backstage green light to add the sweet ambiance for the attendance to enjoy themselves.

The seats were arranged neatly so everyone didn’t have to stand and could have a good sight on what happened on the stage. Even the foyer couldn’t escape the fancy decoration arranged by the vendors. They formed a gate portal from green plants and flowers to welcome the guests and green spot light strongly focused on Dalin’s pictures, showing that she was the main star for the night.

A celebration for one adorable girl with exquisite decoration and superb lighting were enough to create a spring wonderland, even in indoor venue. Might her heart be filled with joy, patience, maturity and modesty as she walked into an adulthood through this unforgettable celebration. (RDY/MI)
